Why Telegram? Because it lets payment be checked from start to finish in one chat. Your buyer gets a PayNow QR with the amount already in it, then sends their bank's confirmation screen straight back to your shop. TaraBase reads it, matches it to the order, and tells them their payment is confirmed, in the same chat. On an ordinary website, you'd be checking every screenshot by hand, or your buyer would never hear that their payment went through.

No. Buyers pay your PayNow directly, so the money goes straight to your bank. We never hold it, and we take no cut.

After paying, the buyer sends their bank's confirmation screen to your shop. TaraBase reads the reference, amount, date, and payee, and matches them to the order. When everything matches, the order is marked paid and you're told. When something doesn't, it comes to you in Needs You, and you check your own banking app and decide.

No. You set how many you're making, and that's the limit. Say 20, and the 21st order can't happen, even when two buyers tap at the same moment. An unpaid order holds its items for five minutes, then they go back on sale.

On Free you set up everything: your menu with photos and prices, your PayNow, your days, and a preview of your Telegram shop. Premium switches it on: your own bot taking pre-orders, limits that can't be oversold, payments checked for you, collection or delivery, and your sales week by week.

Yes, and you arrange it. TaraBase doesn't deliver or book couriers: you know your area, your packaging, and your buyers best. Switch Delivery on, set your fee, and choose until when you deliver on each day. Buyers pick collection or delivery when they order.

The fee is yours to quote, so quote with care. Too low, and the difference comes out of your takings. Too high, and buyers may choose collection instead. Your collection address is shown only to buyers who've paid.

Stop orders for one day, or pause everything with one tap. New orders stop, and every order already paid is still yours to make.

If you can't make a paid order, cancel and refund it in TaraBase. The buyer is told, and they can order again for another day. You can also mark time off ahead, so those days never open.

You do, because the money went straight to you. Cancel the order in TaraBase, PayNow the buyer back, and mark the refund as sent. The buyer is told, and the items go back on sale.

They're yours. You can download them at any time. If you close your shop, you can reopen it within 30 days. After that, it's deleted for good, with its orders and receipts.
